1、容易重疊的產(chǎn)品，建議是少量清洗，再清洗時多抖動，讓產(chǎn)品清洗更均勻。

2、清洗時間，根據(jù)清洗工件的結(jié)構(gòu)、材質(zhì)、油污及清洗方式的不同，所需的清洗時間也會有所差異。一般來說，油污較重零件的清洗時間可適當(dāng)延長，油污較輕易于清洗的可縮短清洗時間，但是多單槽清洗不超過5分鐘。

4、定期檢碳?xì)淝逑丛O(shè)備，避免設(shè)備故障影響清洗；注意清洗設(shè)備的功率調(diào)節(jié)，功率過大可能會打傷產(chǎn)品；風(fēng)干設(shè)備調(diào)整干燥參數(shù)。
