切水系統：切水腔內單獨排放到總排水管中，在進料和出料外設有隔離段，防止水霧互竄；前后部設可拆式檢修窗，以便于設備檢修和清理。

抽氣系統：各個噴淋與風切段都在側面開有抽氣孔連接主管，主管前端配置有除霧塔內裝拉西環，配備離心風機進行抽氣

電器控制系統：獨立控制柜，內裝PLC可編程控制器變頻器接觸器等主令電器控制元件，選用進口名牌元器件組裝，性能穩定可靠，使用壽命長，控制線路見電氣控制圖。
