高壓清洗機去毛刺技術優缺點介紹

高壓清洗機去毛刺技術是利用高壓水射流所具有的強大切割力來去除毛刺的一種柔性加工工藝。這種工藝經實驗表明具有去毛刺能力穩定、生產效率高、易于實現自動化等優點。

一、優點

1、 Advantages

1、高壓水射流的工作介質是水，屬柔性加工，對工件的損傷少，不存在工具磨損問題。去毛刺加工能力穩定，在去毛刺的同時兼有對零件的清洗作用。水經過濾處理后，可循環使用，經濟效果好。

二、缺點

1、由于物理作用的力較小，難以去除較厚的毛刺及高強度材質的毛刺。

2、不能倒角，因此不適用于棱邊尺寸設計要求高的、圓弧倒角或要求棱邊表面加工精度很高的工件。

3、需要高壓發生源，初始投資成本高。
