  In the field of industrial water treatment, low-temperature wastewater recovery equipment has gradually become an important tool for water resource recycling due to its energy-saving advantages. This type of equipment extracts heat or water from wastewater with a temperature below 40 ℃ through heat pump technology or low-temperature evaporation principle, achieving dual energy and water recovery. For working conditions with temperature fluctuations exceeding ± 5 ℃, an intelligent regulation system needs to be configured to dynamically adjust operating parameters through frequency conversion technology. When the temperature of the wastewater exceeds 40 ℃, a heat exchanger should be added for pre cooling to avoid affecting the service life of the equipment.

  Environmental conditions are the foundation for ensuring stable operation. The equipment room should maintain good ventilation and the ambient temperature should be controlled within the range of 5-40 ℃ to prevent poor heat dissipation of the condenser from causing high pressure protection. The relative humidity should be below 80% to avoid electrical components from getting damp and short circuiting. For equipment installed outdoors, rain shelters and insulation layers should be installed to prevent extreme weather conditions from affecting it.
