液箱采用單層結構，采用SUS304不銹鋼1.2mm 厚的不銹鋼板制作；內部用隔板分成幾個區(qū)域，分別實現(xiàn)對清洗液的過濾、鐵屑的沉淀、濾油、分油；液箱設有補水口、排液口、溢水口。底部為兩邊向中間傾斜，清洗液從液箱底部的排液口集中排出。
