全自動超聲波清洗機的清洗模式是什么？

全自動超聲波清洗機的清洗模式基本大同小異，拿五金件來說，一般是超聲波清洗、超聲波漂洗、清水漂洗、再風切、然后過烘干隧道爐，全部清洗節拍由PLC終端控制系統控制，輸送系統使用機械臂提籃清洗

All cleaning rhythms are controlled by the PLC terminal control system, and the conveying system is cleaned by the mechanical arm basket

在全自動超聲波清洗機清洗的時候要注意以下事項：

When cleaning with the full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, pay attention to the following matters:

復位鍵僅在手動狀態下有效，方式選擇必須在復位執行完畢后，按暫停鍵盤有效；

The reset key is only valid in the manual state, and the mode selection must be valid by pressing the pause keyboard after the reset is completed;

當移動架滑塊因故障超越行程時，機器將自動停止運行，此時應在手動狀態下，用手動方式將滑動塊返回正常位置。若在自動運行情況下多次出現上述現象，則應停機檢修感應開關及行程開關；
超聲波清洗設備

When the sliding block of the moving frame exceeds the travel due to fault, the machine will automatically stop running. At this time, the sliding block shall be returned to the normal position manually under the manual state. If the above phenomena occur for many times under automatic operation, the induction switch and travel switch shall be shut down for maintenance;

磨合期(三個月)后，應將減速器放油清洗及加注新20#機油；

After the running in period (three months), the reducer shall be drained, cleaned and filled with new 20# engine oil;

每4-6個月，應拆去傳動部門罩板對滾動軸承和鏈輪涂覆2#鈣基潤滑脂及對減速器調換20#機油；

Every 4-6 months, the cover plate of the transmission department shall be removed, the rolling bearing and sprocket shall be coated with 2# calcium base grease, and the reducer shall be replaced with 20# engine oil;

定期停機查抄各部門緊固螺栓，如發明松動應重新緊固，方可繼承利用；

Regularly stop the machine and check the fastening bolts of each department. If they are loose, they should be tightened again before they can be inherited and used;

烘干槽：每隔一星期應對烘干旋轉桶滾動軸承注黃油(烘干桶側面有一注油孔)；

Drying tank: Grease shall be injected into the rolling bearing of the drying rotating barrel every other week (there is an oil injection hole on the side of the drying barrel);

自動運轉中，關閉區洗籃的地位及傳送，只能由機器臂決定。克制人工參與旋轉洗籃或搬動清洗。

During automatic operation, the position and transmission of the washing basket in the closed area can only be determined by the robot arm. Avoid manual participation in rotating the washing basket or moving the washing basket.

運轉中，操縱職員應憑據控制臺上的上、下料指示燈實時上下料(機體上有蜂鳴警示)。

During operation, the operator shall load and unload materials in real time according to the loading and unloading indicators on the console (there is a buzzer warning on the machine body).
