超聲波鋁蓋清洗機(jī)的使用方法

超聲波鋁蓋清洗機(jī)可對膠塞或鋁蓋進(jìn)行超聲波清洗、硅化、預(yù)烘、干燥、滅菌在封閉箱體內(nèi)一次完成。采用了先進(jìn)的可編程控制器（PLC），作為總控制器，采用了電子觸摸屏進(jìn)行操作，全部過程漢字顯示，操作容易。

The ultrasonic aluminum cover cleaning machine can carry out ultrasonic cleaning, silicification, pre drying, drying and sterilization of rubber plug or aluminum cover in a closed box at one time. 各種工藝參數(shù)如清洗時(shí)間、漂洗時(shí)間、干燥時(shí)間、干燥溫度可事先預(yù)置，只需按下“運(yùn)行”鍵，整個(gè)過程可自動(dòng)完成。除自動(dòng)方式外還設(shè)有“半自動(dòng)”和“手動(dòng)”方式可供選擇。
